Reservations/Punctuality: In order to get your preferred time, we recommend you to pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon and spa. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to any reservation to relax, drink tea, and fill out necessary intake forms. It may be necessary to shorten or reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Cancellations/No-Shows: Please be respectful of our professionals’ time by honoring your commitment to be here. We will gladly accommodate special occasion parties, and will require a credit card to hold the reservation. Should cancellation be necessary, please give a minimum of one week notice or half of the service must be charged. No-shows will be charged at full price.
